Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeWyre website (tradewyre.co.uk) and any lead generation, marketing, or related services provided by TradeWyre ("we", "us", "our") to you ("you", "the Client").
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About TradeWyre
TradeWyre provides done-for-you lead generation and marketing services for plumbing businesses in the United Kingdom. Our services include Google Ads campaign management, landing page creation, automated lead follow-up, CRM access, booking systems, reputation management, and performance reporting.
2. Service Agreement
When you engage our services, the specific terms of your arrangement — including setup fees, monthly retainer, scope of work, and any additional commitments — will be confirmed in a separate service agreement or proposal sent to you before work begins.
These Terms apply in addition to any service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement takes precedence.
3. What We Provide
Subject to the terms of your service agreement, we will provide some or all of the following:
- Setup and management of Google Ads campaigns targeting local homeowners in your service area
- A dedicated landing page designed to capture leads from your ad traffic
- Automated lead follow-up via SMS, email, and/or voicemail drops
- Access to a CRM dashboard where you can view leads, bookings, and pipeline activity
- A booking system allowing leads to schedule appointments directly
- Automated review request sequences sent to your completed customers
- Monthly performance reports
4. What We Don't Guarantee
Important: We provide lead generation services, not guaranteed results. While we work to deliver high-quality, exclusive leads to your business, we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue. Results depend on many factors including your service area, competition, pricing, response times, and how you handle enquiries.
Specifically:
- We do not guarantee a specific number of leads per month
- We do not guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying job
- We do not guarantee specific revenue or return on investment figures
- We are not responsible for leads that go unanswered or are not followed up by you
- Google Ads performance is subject to Google's policies, algorithms, and auction dynamics, which are outside our control
5. Your Responsibilities
To get the best results from our services, you agree to:
- Respond to leads promptly — ideally within 5 minutes of receiving a notification
- Provide accurate business information (service area, opening hours, services offered)
- Maintain valid business insurance and any required trade certifications (e.g., Gas Safe registration where applicable)
- Pay all invoices on time, including setup fees, monthly retainers, and ad spend
- Not share your CRM login credentials with unauthorised third parties
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your business that may affect our services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the delivery of your plumbing services
6. Ad Spend
Your Google Ads budget is separate from our setup and management fees. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google. We will recommend a monthly ad budget based on your service area and goals, but the final spend amount is your decision.
We are not liable for any charges incurred on your Google Ads account. You are responsible for setting and monitoring your own daily or monthly spend limits within Google.
7. Fees and Payment
- Setup fee: a one-time fee payable before work begins, covering campaign setup, landing page build, CRM configuration, and automation setup
- Monthly retainer: payable monthly in advance, covering ongoing campaign management, optimisation, and support
- All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- Payment terms and methods will be specified in your service agreement
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
8. Cancellation and Termination
Unless otherwise agreed in your service agreement:
- Our services run on a rolling monthly basis after the initial setup period
- You may cancel with 30 days' written notice sent to hello@tradewyre.co.uk
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- We reserve the right to terminate services with 30 days' notice if we believe the working relationship is no longer viable
- We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or your service agreement
9. Intellectual Property
- Our property: all systems, templates, automations, processes, and proprietary methods used to deliver our services remain the property of TradeWyre
- Your content: any business information, logos, images, or content you provide to us remains your property
- Ad campaigns: Google Ads campaigns we create and manage on your behalf are our work product. If you cancel our services, we may provide campaign data or transfer the account at our discretion
- Landing pages: landing pages built within our platform are part of our service delivery. They are not transferable outside our platform upon cancellation
10. CRM Platform Access
As part of our service, we provide you with access to a CRM dashboard to view your leads, bookings, and pipeline. This platform is provided "as is" and is subject to the following:
- Access is provided for the duration of your active subscription only
- We may update, modify, or change platform features at any time
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform
- We are not liable for any temporary downtime or technical issues with the platform
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- We are not liable for any actions taken by Google, including account suspensions, policy changes, or ad disapprovals
- We are not liable for your failure to respond to or follow up with leads
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of our working relationship. This includes business strategies, pricing, customer data, and campaign performance data. This obligation survives termination of our agreement.
13. Data Protection
We take data protection seriously. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Where we process personal data on your behalf (e.g., lead information captured through your campaigns), we act as a data processor and will handle that data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
14. Website Use
By using the TradeWyre website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Introduce malicious software, code, or scripts
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from the website without our written permission
15. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Visiting external links is at your own risk.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
